Replace & Return Policy

At TrendKart, we want to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. Therefore, we have implemented a return or replacement policy to address situations where customers are not entirely happy with their products. 

Replacement Policy 

In case any defective or damaged product has been delivered to you, we will replace that product with a new piece at our cost. To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these guidelines: Provide clear photos or videos of the product clearly showing the issue.

  1. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. the problem will be solved in 5-7 working days.
  3. Video proof Is mandatory for package opening without cut and pause for replacement or return.
  4. We will arrange pickup for the product. If reverse pickup is not available for the customer’s PIN, the customer has to send it to our warehouse address.
  5. Once your product is received and cleared by our internal quality team, we will arrange for the replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Return Policy

In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product and go for the same with other products uploaded on our website. Please follow these guidelines:

Cancellations

In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product and go for the same with other products uploaded on our website.

Exclusions:

  1. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
    2. Physical and water damage.
